Shipping
We ship all packages via USPS Priority Mail within one week of receiving your order. Rates are determined by the United States Post Office based on wieght of purchased item. You will receive an e-mail when your package has shipped with your tracking information. Sorry for the inconvience but International packages are not trackable.
Gift certificates are free to ship.
Average shipping time depends on the country. Canada orders take approximately 1 and 1/2 to 2 weeks due to customs.
Customers are responsible for any and all customs charges issued by their country.
Return / Exchange
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with our product. If for any reason you need to return your sling we will gladly accept your return as long as the product is returned within 14 days of the purchase date and is unwashed and in brand new condition. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective. There is a $5.00 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
We will gladly exchange your sling for another size or pattern (if available) within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is returned to us in brand new condition and is unwashed.
Please send the sling back to us that you would like to exchange with your packing slip, with your signature and verification of your exchange. Please include the exchange shipping fees and give us about a week to process the exchange. Thanks!
